Terms & Conditions — t444 Platform Agreement

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "t444" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the t444 online betting and casino platform accessible at t444.ws and all associated subdomains and mobile-optimised versions thereof.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with, accesses, or otherwise uses the t444 platform.
• "Account" refers to the unique, personal account created by a Player to access the services offered on t444.
• "Services" refers collectively to all betting, gaming, casino, promotional and support services available on the t444 platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, sport, or event offered through t444.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer or other incentive offered by t444 to eligible Players, subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "BDT" / "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency used for transactions on the t444 platform where local payment methods are involved.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer verification process through which t444 confirms a Player's identity, age and eligibility.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or region in which the use of online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where t444 does not permit regist ration or access.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the t444 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you:

• Have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them;
• Meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of this document;
• Understand that these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and t444;
• Have not been previously excluded from t444 or any affiliated platform;
• Are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the t444 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. t444 enforces a strict 21+ policy and will suspend any account where the account holder is found to be underage;
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity);
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by t444 or any affiliated platform;
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location;
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent or affiliate of t444, or an immediate family member of such a person, without prior written consent from t444 management.

t444 is an international offshore platform. Players are solely responsible for determining whether online betting and casino gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager. t444 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any particular location.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold a single account with t444. The creation of duplicate, multiple or otherwise additional accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where t444 identifies multiple accounts attributable to a single Player, all such accounts may be suspended, and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering your t444 account, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. You are required to update this information promptly should any details change. t444 shall not be liable for any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. t444 shall not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access is attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify t444 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

t444 operates a mandatory KYC process. All Players may be required to submit supporting identity documents — including a government-issued photo ID and proof of address — before withdrawals are processed or at any point t444 deems necessary. Documents must be valid, clear and unaltered. t444 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending the completion of KYC verification.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

t444 currently supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi Players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. t444 reserves the right to add, modify or remove supported payment methods without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Player's account and may be subject to return fees depending on the payment provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player must have completed KYC verification before their first withdrawal;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible;
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal;
• t444 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times;
• Verified withdrawals to bKash, Nagad and Rocket wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours; bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.

5.4 Currency

All transactions via local Bangladeshi payment methods are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Where a Player's account is denominated in a different currency, conversion rates applied by the payment provider may affect the credited amount. t444 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees levied by third-party payment processors.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

t444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be displayed alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail for matters relating to that bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses issued by t444 are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

t444 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the account of any Player found to be engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or mathematically risk-free bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using automated software to participate in promotions, and any other conduct t444 reasonably determines to be exploitative of its promotional offers.

6.4 Changes to Promotions

t444 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Players who have validly claimed an active offer in good faith.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Fairness

All RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, crash games) available on t444 use certified random number generators audited by independent testing laboratories. Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live, and are subject to those providers' rules and operational procedures. t444 makes no warranty in relation to the outcome of any game beyond confirming that all games operate on certified, audited software.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on t444 are subject to acceptance at t444's discretion. t444 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at any time, including after the bet has been placed, where:

• The bet was placed in error due to a system malfunction or erroneous odds;
• The bet was placed after the relevant event had already commenced or concluded;
• t444 has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, fraud or collusion;
• The maximum liability threshold for a particular market or event has been exceeded.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts may vary by game, market and Player account status. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface at the time of wagering. t444 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any account without prior notice where it deems this necessary for risk-management purposes.

7.4 Disputes

Any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game must be raised with the t444 support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. t444's decision on all betting disputes is final, subject to the escalation procedures described in Section 15.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the t444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to access the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotions or interact with the platform in any unauthorised manner;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or collusion with other Players, third parties or sports participants;
• Laundering funds through the platform or using t444 for any transaction that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or misconfigured odds for financial gain;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing t444 staff, agents or other Players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to transfer, sell or otherwise alienate your t444 account or account balance to any third party.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the t444 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphic design, logos, trademarks, text, game assets, user interface elements and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of t444 or its licensed content providers. No element of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, adapted, displayed, transmitted or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of t444. The t444 brand name and logo are protected marks; unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

Third-party game content displayed on t444 remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio or provider. Trademarks such as those belonging to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe and Ezugi are the property of their respective owners and are used on t444 under applicable licensing arrangements.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, t444 shall not be liable to any Player for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use the platform;
• Losses arising from interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events;
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from the Player's reliance on information provided by t444 that is subsequently found to be inaccurate, including — but not limited to — statistical data, odds, or game pay-table information.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by t444

t444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other Players. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, any balance in the suspended account may be forfeited.

11.2 Closure by the Player

A Player may request the closure of their t444 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, t444 will process any eligible outstanding balance to the Player's verified payment method and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts with outstanding bonus wagering requirements or pending KYC verification may not be eligible for immediate closure.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has not been accessed for a continuous period of 12 months or more and carries a positive real-money balance. t444 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the rate published on the platform at the time, provided that the balance does not fall below zero as a result of such fees. Players will be notified by email before inactivity fees are applied.

12 Responsible Gaming

t444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered Players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and after a 24-hour cooling period when raised.
• Session Time-Outs: Players may take a temporary break from gambling by activating a time-out period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years. During this period, the account will be inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent.

13 Privacy

14 Amendments to These Terms

t444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, t444 will notify registered Players by email at least 7 days before the revised terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may take effect immediately upon publication.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly. Your continued use of the t444 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which t444 is incorporated as an international offshore platform. t444 makes no representation that the platform or its Services comply with the laws of any particular country, including Bangladesh.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and t444, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the t444 support team at [email protected]. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body selected by t444. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
